If you have questions or run into any issues with your account, or with any of the SmartFi products, that aren't answered by our FAQs or Help Desk articles, please open a support ticket by clicking here.
Once your ticket is received by our Customer Empowerment Team, it will be assigned within minutes during support hours ( 12:00pm UTC - 12:00am UTC). We strive to solve your issue within 60 minutes of receiving your ticket but, sometimes, issues need to be escalated. If your ticket is escalated, you will be notified immediately and will either have a resolution or an estimated time to resolution within 12 hours.
If we need to contact you via phone, we will request a time to give you a call and let you know the number we will be calling from.
