We advise that this feature only be used by advanced users. Enabling this feature without understanding the implications can result in being locked out of your account.
You can add up to 4 static IP addresses to your IP whitelist on SmartFi.
When this feature is enabled, the portal will only allow you to login IF your IP address matches the entry(s) you've added.
To add your static IP(s):
1. Go to your Account screen and click on IP Whitelisting in the sidebar menu
2. Click on 'Add IP Address'
3. Enter your static IP address
4. Select 'Login' in the dropdown
5. Click 'Submit'
