- To access the SmartPORTAL, Open the URL: https:// portal.smartfi.com/
- Click on the ‘Login’ button located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen
3. You will be prompted to enter your account e-mail address and your password
4. Click on the ‘Login’ button
5. Enter the 6-digit 2FA code sent to your e-mail from SmartFi, OR
6. If you have 2FA enabled on your account, enter the 2FA code from the Google Authenticator App
7. Once the code is entered correctly, you will be logged in automatically
