- To change your existing password, Click on ‘Change Password’ and then Click on the “Request Code’ button as shown on the screen below:
- You will receive an email from SmartFi with a 6-digit code. This code is required to change your password.
- You will be prompted to enter the details listed in the form provided:
- Old Password
- New Password
- Confirm Password
- Enter the 6-digit code which you received in the SmartFi e-mail
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
